💪Preparing your Token Launch

Before launching on Calyx, make sure your project and token are ready. This checklist helps you avoid delays and ensures a smooth setup.

📄 Project Readiness

  • KYB completed (mandatory).

  • Core materials ready: website, pitch deck/whitepaper, and one-pager.

  • Minimum raise target defined and aligned with your tokenomics.

  • Roadmap and near-term milestones published.

  • GTM plan drafted: channels, partners, content calendar.

🪙 Token Readiness

Calyx supports new or existing tokens. All sales and claims use NEAR as the hub, so your token must be available on NEAR first.

  • Existing token: bridge a canonical amount to NEAR; Calyx helps with setup & verification (addresses, decimals, supply mapping).

  • New token:

    • Deploy directly on NEAR (simplest path), or

    • Deploy elsewhere and bridge to NEAR before launch.

  • Outcome in all cases: the sale page shows the official NEAR token address, and participants claim on NEAR.

  • Audit completed or scheduled.

📊 Tokenomics Checklist

Be explicit and verifiable. Publish a table that sums to 100% and disclose vesting dates in UTC.

  • Total supply and decimals.

  • Sale allocation (% and absolute amount).

  • Liquidity allocation (and any LP token lock/vesting).

  • Team, treasury, partner allocations with cliff + linear schedules.

  • % of supply included in the Calyx raise.

  • Roles & upgradeability: who can change what, and under what timelock.

  • External tokenomics review (recommended).

🛡️ Compliance Checklist

  • KYB for the founding entity.

  • Optional KYC/allowlists for participants (decide in advance).

  • KYT monitoring for all transactions (provided by Calyx).

  • Regional restrictions considered if required by your jurisdiction.

📣 GTM Readiness

A clear GTM plan keeps credibility high and conversion steady.

  • Pre-launch (≈ 4 weeks): tighten story, one-pager, roadmap, creative assets, FAQs, partner amplification.

  • During launch: pin sale link, run AMA/Spaces, share progress updates, keep support channels responsive.

  • Post-launch (≈ 8–12 weeks): publish raise results, circulating supply, milestones, and product/utility updates.

✅ Launch-Day Checklist

  • Token deployed or bridged to NEAR (verified address, decimals, supply).

  • Official addresses listed (NEAR + originals/bridges).

  • Tokenomics table + vesting dates (UTC).

  • Audit report or schedule.

  • GTM kit ready (one-pager, assets, social calendar, partner list, pinned sale link).

  • Sale page disclosures: KYB/KYC/region policies, risks.
